Bittersweet bakes is a bakery in Oranejmund, operational since 2021, owned by a young enthusiastic young lady with a love for the art of baking. Emma Ndalipale specializes in baking cakes, cupcakes, pies and tarts amongst others.
She is well known for her creativity in presentation to her products, always using unique styles to create these magical goodies. Passionate about economic development, a student in the field as well, Emma thrives to become one of Namibia’s leading entrepreneurs by applying the necessary strategies to the operations of her business. Bittersweet Bakes pays attention to detail of all the bastries and baked goods, she is also popularily known for her exceptional customer service.
