Catering and Decor
We realized that there was a gap in the deco and catering industry in Oranjemund as many people and entities used to source these services from outside the region. We therefore decided to close this gap by forming Tonga Events.
Tonga Events owned and managed by Mr. Moses Haimbodi and Mrs. Ruusa Haimbodi. Mr. Haimbodi oversees Finance and Logistics, and he is an ambitious, and talented individual with a keen eye for detail and a flair for Accounts. He holds a Degree in Accounting and Finance as well as a CIMA Certificate in business Accounting. He is a high achiever who has a successful track record. Mrs. Haimbodi oversees Operations, Sales and Marketing and she energetic, innovative and has a magic touch with attention to detail. She is a Draughts person by Profession as well as a self-trained Cook and Deco Enthusiast.
The underlying objective is to promote and advance members of the previously disadvantaged communities in Namibia, through shareholding and employment. The long-term goals and objectives of Tonga Events are to provide quality event supplies, décor, and catering services cost-effectively, for all occasions across Namibia focusing mainly in Oranjemund
