Dalox Investments CC was founded by Beat Paules who is a qualified boilermaker. It is rare to find women who are entrepreneurs in the engineering field, especially in Oranjemund.
What sets Mrs. Paules apart from the crowd is that she chose to compete not only with men who are regarded stronger than women but with big mining contractors in Oranjemund. However, this did not stop this young lady from achieving her goals as an entrepreneur. Dalox Investments CC started operating formally in 2018, whilst working from home by doing small projects for SMEs in the Construction and Engineering Fields. From a team of 2 we have since grown to be a team of 8 highly driven professional. We have now acquired business premises at the TBN Building in Oranjemund opposite the mine store.
We envision ourselves to expand to a team of 50 in the next 5 years and employing more women on our team as we are passionate about women empowerment and development. We believe in growth and intend on continuously enhancing our business and artisanal skills. Oranjemund is in a time of transformation, and we are front in line to grab entrepreneurial opportunities that will assist us in learning, growing, and prospering. If we grow Oranjemund grows ,and that is the team we play for.
